Hiking Schumate Hollow… or what’s left of it

» by Denny

The photos in this post I took over the Memorial Day weekend. The first photo - I was thinking, Beauty and the Beast.

I hate to waste a good title but unfortunately hiking Schumate Hollow is no longer an option.

    WOW—great job Denny—
Shumate goes way back in my family—one of my relatives was the last to leave Shumate–

    This is pure evil

Hollergirl - pure evil is right. I actually can no longer tell where Schumate ends and Clay’s Branch and Drews Creek begin.
