Hey it could be. As good a job as they do reclaiming these mountaintop removal wastelands, this would probably pass for reclamation… uh… that is, if it wasn’t buried upside down. They never claimed to be experts, just coal miners. Well hell they can just spray some hybrid miracle grass on this thing and it would look just fine from the air. At least they have that going for them.
